Local children come from low-income households, which means that often, the entire family lives in one room.
Such a cramped environment makes concentration difficult - and since education is key to helping the next generation prosper, we provide an organised environment in which they can study.
The homework club is open every schoolday afternoon. Around 30 children from Grades 4 -7 attend from 2pm to 5pm. They enjoy a light lunch, some time to play, and then do their homework under supervision.
